     Due to product availability, partial orders may be shipped on sale merchandise. You will not be charged for items not shipped. All sales are final.     Section 6.05 SHIPPING POLICY
     All items purchased from US ChristmasTree.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and titles for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Our standard method of shipping orders within the Continental USA is via Ground service. Premium, Custom and Giant trees, are shipped via common carrier. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery of your order. Shipping/Handling is only charged on items actually shipped. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

    Section 6.06 DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA
     At this time, US ChristmasTree.com ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does US ChristmasTree.com ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. Orders to locations outside the Continental United States including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa, are treated as International orders, and are not covered by our standard shipping policy. Packages sent to military APO/FPO addresses are sent via US Postal Military Mail.
    The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
    We are not responsible for delay of delivery due to International Customs Regulation, or any duties, tariffs or international taxes that may be applicable. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery on parcels shipped internationally via air services.

    Section 6.07 CANCELING OR CHANGING ORDER
     You can submit a cancellation request by sending a message using the Contact Us link. A request to cancel an order must be made WITHIN 30 MINUTES of placing your order. Cancellations are not permitted past 30 minutes of placing your order.

    Section 6.08 RETURN POLICY
     We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase made at US ChristmasTree.com. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply log into our website and send a message to submit your request for a return within 30 days of the order date and we will gladly issue an exchange or refund your money to the original form of purchase, less shipping and handling fees.

    Refused parcels and unauthorized returns will be accepted back at our warehouse. Provided they are in good condition, we will issue a credit for the value of the items only, less shipping and handling fees. If an unauthorized return arrives at our warehouse past 30 days from the order date, the merchandise will be subject to an 18% restocking fee, and no credit will be issued for shipping and handling fees. In the event of a refused parcel or unauthorized return in which the item(s) is damaged, no credit will be issued.

    US ChristmasTree.com. Inc. and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, US ChristmasTree.com, Inc. does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by US ChristmasTree.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

    All returned orders must include the original packaging, and be returned to our warehouse freight prepaid and insured. Since we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages we recommend insuring the parcel for the product replacement value, and shipping it via a traceable method. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

    Halloween merchandise purchased before Halloween cannot be returned after Halloween, whether for refund, credit, or exchange. Christmas merchandise purchased before Christmas cannot be returned after Christmas, whether for refund, credit, or exchange. No refunds or exchanges on coupon purchases, gift certificates, Custom-Made products or sale merchandise. Credits and Exchanges are processed within 30 days of receipt of authorized return merchandise. Please note that you must Contact Us for the correct return to address before sending any packages back to us for your return to be valid.

     In the event of a damaged parcel, you must contact us within a 3-day period of the receipt of product. Please reference the item(s) in question, quantity, and a description of the damage and we will then issue the appropriate damage control procedure.
